I've re-shipped all US packages, and almost all international packages.  I'll be at the post office first thing tomorrow for the last few international packages.

The US packages should arrive next week, international packages are up to 2 weeks.

Back from Christmas!

Alright folks, we're back from our Christmas break, and I have about half of the missing packages wrapped up, and ready to mail out tomorrow!

I'm not taking a chance with 'porch pirates' this time, I'll be dropping these off at the post office.

I'm on track to have replacement packages for everyone that mailed done by Saturday.

Continuing to Re-Ship Plus NYCC

Hi Folks!

I am continuing to reach out to backers who have contacted me! It is taking longer than anticipated since I am doing these ones individually rather than via my automated mass printing system so that I can ensure that each label is correct and has a proper tracking number. I am also trying to recover some of the packages from USPS, since some of them seem to have just... disappeared within the system. 

So, TL; DR version - packages are coming! I will contact each person individually with tracking info!

If you will be at NYCC, please swing by Exhibitor's Hall booth 2159 - the entire Spinerrette and White Heron team will be there and we would love to meet you and sign your books!!

Howdy folks! 

If you have not received your items by now, please contact me. If you contacted me in the last couple weeks, I will be reaching out this week! At this point, if a packaged has not been received, it is likely lost � I'm starring to get returned packages (typically these are mistyped addresses or folks that have moved) and that is typically the signal that all successful packages should have been received by now. 

We budget for lost packages, so we have enough to reship! If I am issuing a reshipment, I will automatically send you a tracking number!! 

We will be at New York Comic Con, so if you are attending and would prefer to pick up remaining items at the show, please let me know!
